Under the professional guidance of CHEF JOE COUTO, many of his quality recipes have been an integral part of the Kingston food industry for over 50 years. Ramekins began as a full service restaurant, serving lunch, dinner, weekend breakfasts and hosting many parties and special occasions. But a change was in the wind.
Chef Joe's Philosophy
After 29 years in front of the grill and watching a shift in business, Joe decided his skills, his original recipes and special menus had a more important place in our community. Today, Ramekins provides special pre-cooked meals for Seniors, a robust set of Catering Menus for any occasion or Special Event, while still keeping his door open with a special take home menus and Daily & Weekly Specials.
